This is a two-story design duplex house plan. The main door is placed in the direction of the west. On the ground floor of the west-facing vastu house plans, the great room, kitchen, breakfast area, and common bathroom are available. The length and breadth of the ground floor house plan with vastu are 20' and 25' respectively. The dimension of the house plan is given in the feet and inch.

on the ground floor, the great room is provided in the direction of the northwest. The breakfast area is provided in the direction of the northeast. The kitchen is provided in the direction of the southeast. The common bathroom is provided in the direction of the southwest corner which is near the staircase. The staircase is provided in the direction of the south.
