40x60 Ground Floor South Facing Home Plan Design As Per Vastu Shastra

On the 40x60 ground floor south facing house plan drawing, the car parking, lift, office room with an attached toilet, watchman room with an attached toilet, and ups room are available. The construction area of the ground floor is 1750 SQFT. Each dimension is given in the feet and inch. It is a G+ 2 south facing house plan.

The car parking is located in the direction of the east face. The lift is provided in the direction of the west. The office room is placed in the direction of the west and an attached bathroom is placed in the direction of the west. The watchman room is placed in the direction of the west and an attached bathroom is placed in the direction of the northwest corner. The UPS room is placed in the direction of the north.

The dimension of the car parking is 20'4" x 51'3". The dimension of the lift is 6' x 6'. The dimension of the office room is 11' x 16'. The dimension of the office room toilet is 11' x 4'". The dimension of the watchman room is 11' x 10'. And also, an attached bathroom dimension is 6'6" x 4'. The dimension of the UPS room is 4' x 4'.
