Two storeyed house plan is given in this article. The length and breadth of the northeast house plans are 50’ and 114’ respectively. On this north east facing house, 4 rented house, and 5 bedroom house is available. Each rented house is designed with 2 bhk house plan. A 5 bhk home is constructed in the front of the site layout. 2 bhk homes are constructed behind the duplex house plan. This is the best norh east facing house for Indians.

All 2 bhk house plan are designed with a north face house plan with vastu principles. East facing houses are specifically designed with high ceilings and include an artificial garden. The total plot area for these houses is 5700 sqft. On the ground floor, the front house built-up area is 1850 sqft. The rear house built-up area is 1925 sqft. On the first floor, the built-up area is 2017 sqft. The rear house built-up area is 1925 sqft.
